  Brad joined Ashton Vale Primary in September 2020 as Head of School.

  
  Brad grew up and trained as a teacher in Australia before making the UK his home 20 years ago. He has taught in diverse settings in London and Bristol and has been a school leader for half his career, including as a deputy head teacher for seven years.
  
  As a maths and curriculum specialist leader in education and
  a deputy head teacher, he was able to lead school improvement over several settings, creating an exciting, purposeful curriculum in which all children can find success and pride.
